The guarantee is a contractual assurance given by the manufacturer to remedy any defects that
occur in the product within the period of the guarantee, in accordance with the
scope of the guarantee.
In the event that your appliance/product is defective, you can contact the
manufacturer or a service company named by the manufacturer directly in order
to start the process of implementing the guarantee - in accordance with the
terms of the guarantee. In order to do so you need only your receipt. We will
of course be happy to assist you with the implementation of the on-site
guarantee.
Alternatively, you can also charge SCHLAUERSHOPPEN.DE with the task of
implementing the manufacturer’s guarantee in Germany. To make it cheaper for you
to return goods, we offer a pick-up and return service via UPS (this is
normally cheaper than if you send it yourself). We then take care of
implementation of the guarantee in Germany free of charge, and pay all shipping
costs for returning the repaired goods to you at home (Damage caused by
inappropriate use of the merchandise is excluded from this agreement).
We recommend that you should as far as possible contact an authorised service
company nominated by the manufacturer in your country, who will then deal with
the claim against the guarantee on site. Should you have any questions about
