All orders placed with us by 2 pm on working days will be shipped the same day. This does not apply to orders for which payment has not been received, or in the case of insufficient stock. Delivery is usually made on the next working day (Monday - Friday).
Goods that can be sent as packages are handled by UPS.
You will be sent tracking data enabling you to track the consignment as soon as your goods are handed over to UPS.
Please ensure as far as possible that you or a person you trust are there to accept delivery of the consignment. Some drivers also try to leave the delivery with a neighbour if you are not there. Otherwise UPS will automatically make two further attempts to deliver your goods.
After the first delivery attempt, you can arrange the delivery date and delivery address for your consignment to suit by contacting the UPS service hotline (0800 - 8826630) and giving your tracking number.
Bulky goods are sent via a haulage company.
The haulage company responsible for your consignment will contact you by telephone before making the delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
We make every effort to deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible, depending on the specified availability. Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes. Please note that delivery may in some cases be delayed due to factors beyond our control as dealers. In the event of unforeseen delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
