In addition, the UD5005 includes a stereo output for analogue signals from CDs or down-mixed DVD and Blu-ray sound, while the HD audio sound is streamed via the HDMI 1.4a output – which also makes the player 3D-ready (software update required) for software yet to come on Blu-ray discs.
